A centipede running around your belongings is no pleasant sight. You can also use diatomaceous earth to prevent re entry of centipedes inside your homes. This earth is quite harmless to your kids and pets. It is therefore very safe to use unlike other chemicals. Cleaning the rooms and dusting off clothes is also necessary. Remove dried up leaves if they are scattered around in the area. Keep the area well ventilated to prevent accumulation of moisture and humidity.
