Andre The Giant And Daughter
Andre the Giant’s actual name is Andre Rene Roussimoff, and he was born in France. However, all his siblings and parents were of normal size. He became huge due to some defective genes in his body.
Andre suffered from a condition called acromegaly, which is a hormonal disorder causing hormonal imbalances in the pituitary gland. It produced excessive hormone in his body, and the result was that he was giant sized.
Eventually he got into wrestling and he earned the name of Andre the Giant. By the time he was 12 years old, he was about 6 feet and 3 inches. He left home at an age of 14 and found work with a furniture moving company. He started playing rugby in his free time. When he was 17 years old he started training with professional wrestlers in a gym.
Once he entered the wrestling matches he became a national sensation, and soon gained popularity. He was soon seen in commercials and advertisements. He made a lot of money. He built a ranch in Ellerbe, in North Carolina. He did not live too long because of his size as his heart could not support the enormous body structure.
He is survived by only one daughter, and she was known to live in Seattle. She also raised some concerns of honoring her father in the right way in the Wrestling Federation. However, his daughter is of normal size and height, and she does not have any abnormalities as far as her growth is concerned. She was born in 1979 and is 30 years old now.
