To reduce your workload, you should be looking to make the sweet potato casserole earlier. You can make the casserole without the marshmallows a day in advance. However, make sure that you cover and refrigerate it. Then just before serving, you can heat the casserole in an oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for around 15 minutes, then add the marshmallows and bake for another 10 minutes. Here is how to make the sweet potato casserole. Take around 5 large sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup of butter, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup of evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons of orange juice, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg.

Preheat the oven to around 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In the mean time, wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Prick each potato with a fork a few times.
