Bankruptcy is a type of legal process, where a debtor usually files for it, in the court of law, by expressing their inability to pay back his debts. Chapter 13 bankruptcy is called reorganization bankruptcy. It is actually a debt which is filed by the person wants to repay his or her debts, within a certain period of time. This is known as automatic stay and allows enough time for the consumer, to catch up on the missed payments.
