A university in Oslo in Norway researched several fruits that contain antioxidants and found that blueberries have the maximum amount of antioxidants. Wild blueberries stand at fifth level of the chart for containing high number of antioxidants. Processed berries tend to have less amount of antioxidants, as the preservation method tends to destroy the antioxidants.
