Yellow fruits are high in phosphate, and also have creamy pulp in them mostly. Green and orange fruits are high in Vitamin C, and their consistency varies. Fruits that are sour are rich in Vitamin C, and have antioxidant properties. Fruits that are sweet usually are high in proteins and carbohydrates, and are good for making juices. Some fruits are dark colored, but they are very tasty too.
