Guava has several other vitamins and minerals like vitamins A, B3 and G4. Some of the minerals found in guava are potassium and calcium. It is a rare thing to find B complex vitamins in a single fruit. Even one serving of guava fruit everyday ahs several health benefits to offer. Minerals, such as potassium, calcium and magnesium, are required by the musculoskeletal system of the body.
