Sinus and nausea are although not related to each other but infection due to sinuses can give rise to symptoms of nausea. Sinus is associated with the drainage of mucus. This mucus tends to travel down to the stomach through the throat instead of coming out from nostrils. Excess of mucus in the stomach can give a feeling of nausea.
