Once diagnosed, it is not very difficult to treat this problem. Treatment of sinusitis is usually a blend of administration of antibiotics, antihistamines, decongestants and corticosteroids. However, if sinus infection is caused due to bone spur or polyps, then it would probably require a surgery.
