In addition, the pregnant woman should drink 50 ml of milk everyday and take her prenatal vitamins regularly. Fish and chicken are also considered good for pregnant woman as they are a rich source of vitamins and protein. So also nuts and dry fruits are considered to be very good for a pregnant woman and the fetus. However, during pregnancy a woman should eat what she feels like eating and something that is healthy at the same time too.
