  • If the person is being buried, you will have to select the cemetery and the plot for the burial.
  • Plan the type of funeral service you will be having. This can be held in a church or the funeral home.
  • You will have to decide whether there will be a wake for people to pay their respects to the deceased.
  • If the person is being buried, you will have to select the clothes to put on him.
  • For the funeral service, you will have to arrange the appropriate music, figure out who will read the eulogy, the verses that will be read, who will be the pallbearers and what type of officiator will oversee the funeral service.
