They believe that consumption of snacks between meals will be completely forbidden. - Popcorn: This is low in fat and rich in fibers. One should substitute butter and salt with other shakers low in fat content in flavors like cheese or green-onions.
- Other options include strips of vegetables dipped in low fat dips, vanilla wafer or yogurt with low fat.
