Rome is known for its varied cuisine. It makes sense to make a prior booking before you reach the restaurant if you do not wish to stand in a long queue, especially during the weekends.

Most restaurants serve dinner by 7 pm. They do not charge any cover charges, but they may bring you bread and charge for that.

Navona Notte Via del Teatro: This is ideal for budget travelers. This is not a very fancy place, but they serve wide variety of tasty and delicious food. In fact, the food is so delicious that you will never find the restaurant empty.

You will also find numerous takeaways and stalls if you are in a hurry and do not wish to sit down and eat a proper meal.
